On the heals of the partial government shutdown, Americans are all too aware of the impact of bipartisanship and incivility in the government.
Ohio Se. Frank LaRose (R- Copley Township) and former Ohio Rep. Ted Celeste (D- Grandview), are hoping to encourage legislators not only to get along but to communicate, coopoerate, and even spend leisure time together. Celeste says that the political environment in state legislatures is beginning to mimic what is going on in Washington, making it difficult to move forward.
